Return
The return request must be made within 24-48 hours of the product delivery.
Damaged Products Only
At our store, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our fragrances. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of perfume products, we only accept returns or provide refunds if the item arrives damaged. We do not offer returns for "change of mind" or personal scent preferences. If your bottle is cracked, leaking, or the spray mechanism is faulty upon arrival, you are eligible for a resolution.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To maintain transparency and verify the condition of the product during transit, we require a complete unboxing video. This video must start from the moment you begin opening the courier seal and continue until the damage is clearly shown. The video must be continuous, unedited, and show the shipping label clearly. Without a valid unboxing video, we will be unable to process any refund requests.
Reporting Timeline
If you receive a damaged product, you must notify our customer support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Please email us the unboxing video along with your order ID and photos of the damaged item. Any claims made after this window or without the required video evidence will unfortunately be disqualified, as we cannot verify the cause of damage after the package has been opened for an extended period.
Refund Processing
Once our team reviews your video and confirms the damage, we will initiate the refund. If a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We are committed to ensuring you receive your luxury fragrance in perfect condition and thank you for your cooperation in following these security protocols.
